**we are not removing walls - all wiring is being fished through holes within walls. no demo is being done* after inspecting the home of all of the electric, it was found that k&t was present in the home and still very much in use. knob & tube does not have a grounding wire and is a safety issue because of that. some new wiring was found in the home. a majority of it is tied into the old wiring. tri-point will remove every bit of ungrounded wire in the home, that consists of knob and tube as well as bx wire, which is the metal jacket wire found in the basement. tri-point will install all new code-compliant wiring throughout the home. all new devices, switches, dimmers, outlets and proper mounting boxes will be installed as needed. as discussed holes will be cut and drilled throughout the home. tri-point will fill these holes with drywall patching. this is a rough coat only. it is suggested that a professional painter comes in behind us to repair the areas affected as per 2017 nec
